"I would higly recommend the Riverside Country park; it is ideally located, with most attractions being within a 30 minute drive. Wooler was a lovely friendly little town. The park itself is pretty and our boys loved the river. It was clean and the facilities good. Our accomodation, a superior caravan sleeping 4, was utterly luxurious for a caravan and had plenty of space around it, making it feel private. This however, did not put us off and we will most definitely return. 07/06/2011 05:09:00"

    "Excellent site for young children with good play areas and well monitored roadways allowing youngsters to bike and scooter. The river at low water levels provides great 'tiddler' fishing. Our grandchildren aged 5 and 8 loved it. Site very well positioned for access to local attractions such as Holy Isle, Bamburgh Castle and beaches, Farne Island Boat trips, Alnwick Castle. All site and shop staff were extremely friendly and helpful We stayed in a static caravan which was immaculately presented, furnished and equippped. The only items not provided were towels but these are available for a small charge Site shop has all the essentials ( bread, milk, etc) available with good local shops within easy walking distance for all self catering needs. 06/06/2011 05:10:41"

    "Fantastic accommodation, the whole park is fantastic for families, my 2 boys enjoyed a freedom they cannot have at home, they made some good friends. The club house is great because it is off site therefore no noise at night and it is not overun with expensive slot machines and the entertainment keeps the busy all night.
